Challenge - Do something just for you!

I had a conversation with a friend last night on the phone, that went something like this:

Friend: Come over and visit tonight...
Me: Sorry dude, I am swamped, rushing for tanning session and backlog of work to catch up on ...
Friend: Why tanning?
Me: 'Cos I have a photo shoot in a couple of weeks that I'm preparing for...
Friend: What photo shoot?
Me: Ummmm.... nude...
Friend: Really? WHY?
Me: Because I can...
Friend: But who are you doing it for?
Me: Ummm... me!

It made me realise how many people (women especially) don't do things for themselves. There seems to be this unwritten rule that women only ever do anything for other people, their partners or husbands, their kids, their bosses, their friends, etc...

I challenge you to do something today ... because you can ... and for YOU alone!
